Dr. Shawn Steiman Meets THE GABI

This photo captures Dr. Shawn Steiman, a renowned coffee scholar from Hawaii, demonstrating Master A by THE GABI.

Dr. Steiman holds both a Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Hawaii, where he specialized in coffee cultivation and sensory evaluation. He currently serves as the Chief Science Officer at the Daylight Mind Coffee Company. A few years ago, he also appeared as a model in a commercial for Gotica Coffee, a Georgia brand in Korea.

Earlier this year, Dr. Steiman visited Korea to lead a seminar titled Journey into Specialty Coffee, held at the UNESCO Memorial Hall in Myeong-dong. During his visit, he also filmed content in collaboration with THE GABI. 😊
